If you're looking for a total Pilates experience, we invite you to our fully-equipped Coral Springs Pilates studio. Our wood floors, large sunny windows, quiet space and soothing music provide an ultimate exercise environment. We have two Cadillacs, six Reformers, a Wunda Chair, a Ladder Barrel, mats, rings, circles, balls, batons and more.

Join us for private or semi-private training or small group reformer classes (maximum of 6 students) in Broward county, near Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Margate, Parkland and Tamarac, Florida.

Certified by Pilates Method Alliance

We are the only Pilates studio in Coral Springs to be fully certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. The PMA was established in 2001 as a professional association for the Pilates community.  It was established to provide international support for those who wanted to preserve and enhance the legacy of Joseph Pilates.  In 2005, PMA launched the only certifying exam for Pilates instructors and is considered the “gold standard”.  An instructor must have completed a comprehensive teacher training program before sitting for the PMA Exam.  PMA certification is the Pilates equivalent of a doctor who is board certified.  Follow this link to learn more about the PMA www.pilatesmethodalliance.org.

Pilates isn't just for women. We offer effective Pilates programs for both men and women of all fitness levels, from beginners through professional athletes. Pilates not only improves your fitness, it improves your game (golf, tennis, volleyball, football, etc.). We train all skill levels at Pilates Bodyworks of Coral Springs.

Free Introduction to Pilates

If you have never done Pilates before, we strongly suggest you take advantage of our free one-on-one orientation.  During this session, you will learn Pilates Principals that will get you ready for classes.  Go to our scheduler and click on "appointments" for a convenient time.
