Pilates Bodyworks of Coral Springs

We offer Pilates Mat & Group Reformer Classes and Pilates Equipment Training taught in classical and contemporary styles, for individuals and groups. All skill levels are welcome! If you have never done Pilates before, we strongly suggest you take advantage of our free one-on-one orientation. During this session, you will learn Pilates Principals that will get you ready for classes. New Students, please fill out a Health Questionaire and bring it with you. Pilates Mat & Group Reformer Classes

Beginners Class

Relax and enjoy a small-group, synchronized workout on the Pilates Reformer or mat. The instructor will guide students through a variety of Pilates movements designed to strengthen and tone core muscles. Beginners welcome!

10 Classes:	$220
Silver Pack Unlimited Classes:	$165 monthly
Gold Pack Unlimited classes plus two private lessons with an associate	$265 monthly

Pilates Equipment Training

Equipment

Pilates equipment training sessions are 55 minutes long. Choose from private training on the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Ladder Barrel and Mat with various apparatus, including Pilates magic circle, ball, baton, band and more.
